At Needle & Thread, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
